Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and with that goal we realize that a dedicated customer service representative is extremely important.  Our customer service hours are M-F, 9-5.

Marcy Rodd, marcy@benningtonfurniture.com, handles all your customer service needs at Bennington Furniture. We service all of our products that we sell.  We have an in-house professional upholstery person who has worked with us for over 15 years.  Even if your product is out of warranty we will never turn our back on you. We will always try and service you to the best of our abilities.  Our rates to fix or reupholster your furniture are very fair and our labor and delivery rates are the best in Vermont today.

Think something is not right? Don’t hesitate to call – we will always try our best to help you.

Always keep your warranty information in a safe place in case you should ever have a problem.  Oftentimes your product may not be under warranty but we have the parts in-house for you at little or no charge. Never remove your law label off your mattress! If you remove this label our hands are tied and we will not be able to help you.  Mattresses are regulated by federal law and can poise health code violations if we return them without the law label.

Always use a mattress pad with the warranty attached to the pad. A stain of any kind will void mattress warranties so please make sure you protect your investment. Our mattress pads come with full replacement warranties and the price of the pads isn’t any more then what you would spend in a department store, plus you get the added warranty protection.

Always remember to spin your mattresses every 3-4 months. Mattresses are made to mold to your body so body impressions are normal but all manufactures ask that you spin the mattresses every 3-4 months for weight distribution.  People tend to sleep on the same side of the bed in the same position so this practice is important for the maintance of your mattresses.

Fabric Protection – you should always use fabric protection on your furniture.  Our plan covers ALL stains.  There is no small print in our warranties, which list substances that are not covered.  The bottom line is that our 5-year plan covers all stains – period!

Leather Care – although many vendors’ warranties will be void if you use a leather conditioner on their furniture, it is a must to care for your leather purchase.  Most warranties on leather products are only for a year but it is important to condition your furniture after that first year.  Our leather kits give you the conditioner for years 2-10 which you will need to do once every 4-6 months.  Plus you get an added protection from rips and burns for 5 years.  The most important thing to remember if you are getting real leather you must take care of it so you have many years of enjoyment.

Recliners and Motion Furniture – Most of our products come with lifetime warranties on the frames and mechanisms.  The warranties cover all parts but not labor or delivery.  We have in-house over 20 years of experience in fixing La-z-Boy, Best and Flexsteel recliners. Our vendors stand behind their product and we always stand behind our customers.
